We advise clients on Corporate Finance matters.

MBO’s
We have assisted clients in obtaining MBO finance ranging from £50 million down to as little as £400,000. We have prepared the Business Plans and introduced each of the required Sources of Finance.

Term Finance
We have arranged Term Finance of over £1 million on a number of occasions for periods ranging up to 10 years.

Working Capital
We assist Clients in their negotiations with their Bankers. This sometimes means removing misunderstandings (perhaps on both sides) and providing Financial and Information Reports, and Budgets, Forecasts and Cash Flows; all in the manner and style required.

Short Term Finance
We have provided finance to Clients to assist them on a short term basis to overcome a problem, whilst more structured arrangements are negotiated and put in place.

Factoring
