We have achieved a Retirement sale for a small professional practise.

We have also guided a client with a severe cash flow situation in respect of its sale to a larger group.

A Publicly Listed Company asked us to guide them on selling four of their subsidiary activities. The consideration involved was in the range of £7 million to £10 million. We have prepared the Sale Information Memorandums and guided on the Sale Strategies.

We have also advised a Client on a MBO for circa £3.5 millions. This included preparing the Business Plan, and guiding on the Negotiations with all the parties involved.

Raising Finance...

We have helped a Client to raise a new £3 million 20 year Loan. It is the Business Plan, including the Profit forecast and Cash Flow forecast, all of which we prepared, that were the key to securing the Offer of the Finance.

Accounting Computing Tax & Administration Service...

We provide a full Accounting Computing and monthly Management Accounts Service; and we advise on Tax Planning issues. Our services enable our Clients to save Costs; and to save Tax. One Client saved a five figure sum in Corporation Tax thanks to a specific Report we prepared, which their Auditors then submitted to the Inland Revenue.

A Property Developer Client of ours made over £500,000 from a Property situation we introduced to him.

We have introduced Clients of ours, who are Experts at Contract Resolution, to one of our International Construction Clients. The Experts then guided in relation to difficult issues with £ multi million Middle East contracts.

Claims

£275,000 We have negotiated and agreed an Increased Cost of Working Claim following a West End Office "Fire". We have recovered over £275,000.

£150,000 We completed the negotiations for a Water Damage and Business Interruption Claim following the "Winter Floods". This resulted in a recovery of circa £150,000.

Litigation Support
£300,000 We were instructed by a firm of Insolvency Practitioners to prepare a Report on the Quantum of a Claim. We have computed the Claim at nearly £300,000. Our Report is now being used by the Insolvency Practitioner's Solicitors to seek to agree the Claim with the Defendants and their Solicitors; without Court Litigation.
