We prepared the Information Memorandum and identified 3 potential
buyers. We then successfully concluded the sale transaction with
the preferred bidder.
A Non Core Subsidiary
We investigated a subsidiary which had gone into losses of £200,000
pa. Our Report recommended changes and these stopped the losses.
We then identified an Acquirer for this non core subsidiary which
offered £350,000 Goodwill for the business.
A Client was Proposing to Bid £1.5 Million in a Competitive
Situation for an Acquisition
We considered the given information and recommended that the Corporate
client bid less than half the £1.5 million. They still won
the acquisition.
For a Public Company To Sell a Subsidiary
We investigated a £20 million turnover subsidiary losing £1
million pa. As a result of our investigation and subsequent interim
management, the losses on contracts were stopped and the service
sides profits came through. The next years profits were £600,000
and the subsidiary was then successfully sold.
The Sale of 3 Subsidiaries for over £5 million
We assisted clients in the preparation of the Information Memorandums
for each subsidiary and the advised them in respect of the Sale
Negotiations; all of which were successful.
